The Google Pixel 4 XL is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, with an 82.9 score against 75.3. Even though the Google Pixel 4 XL is newer than the Xiaomi Mi Note 3, it is just a bit thicker and heavier. The Google Pixel 4 XL features a bit better CPU than Xiaomi Mi Note 3. They have a 6 GB RAM memory and a Octa-Core CPU.
The Google Pixel 4 XL has a bit better screen than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, because it has a quite bigger display, a much better 1440 x 3040 pixels resolution and a greater display pixel density.
