The HTC U Ultra has an overall score of 77, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Note 3's 75.3 score. Although the HTC U Ultra is better than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, it must be noted that it's also a just a bit heavier and just a little bit thicker phone. The HTC U Ultra and Xiaomi Mi Note 3 both count with quite similar screens, although the HTC U Ultra also has a greater pixels amount in each display inch, a little larger screen and a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 3 features a bit better hardware performance than HTC U Ultra, because it has a higher number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory. HTC U Ultra counts with a way bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 3 counts with a little better battery performance than HTC U Ultra, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh. The HTC U Ultra counts with a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi Note 3. They have a back facing camera with a 12 mega-pixels resolution, the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the same 3840x2160 video definition and a F1.8 camera aperture.
Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Mi Note 3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Mi Note 3. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy HTC U Ultra, else you can save some money and buy the Xiaomi Mi Note 3, resigning some features and specs.
