Huawei Mate X is much better than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, having an 89.4 score against 75.3. Huawei Mate X's body is way newer, but incredibly thicker and extremely heavier than the Xiaomi Mi Note 3. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate X has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi Mi Note 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo version, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features.
Xiaomi Mi Note 3 features a little sharper display than Huawei Mate X, although it has a much smaller screen, a much lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 and a bit less pixels per inch in the display. Huawei Mate X has just a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei Mate X also has a higher amount of RAM.
Xiaomi Mi Note 3 counts with a little bit better camera than Huawei Mate X, although it has a back camera with much less megapixels resolution, they both have the same diafragm aperture. Huawei Mate X features a much better storage capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, because it has more internal storage.
The Huawei Mate X features longer battery duration than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Mi Note 3. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Huawei Mate X, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Xiaomi Mi Note 3, giving up a couple features and specs.
