Huawei Mate X2 has an overall score of 89.1, which is much better than the Xiaomi Mi Note 3's 75.3 general score. These phones come with Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate X2 has 10 version and Xiaomi Mi Note 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo version. The Huawei Mate X2 construction is incredibly newer, but much heavier and just a little thicker than Xiaomi Mi Note 3.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 3 features a bit sharper screen than Huawei Mate X2, although it has a much smaller display, a little inferior pixel count in each screen inch and a much lower 1080 x 1920 resolution. The Huawei Mate X2 features a very superior memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, because it has 128 GB more internal storage.
Huawei Mate X2 counts with a bit better CPU than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate X2 also has more RAM memory. Huawei Mate X2 counts with longer battery life than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 3500mAh. The Huawei Mate X2 has a better camera than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, because although it has a tinier camera aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same video frame rate, the Huawei Mate X2 also counts with a back camera with a way higher resolution.
Although Huawei Mate X2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Mi Note 3. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Huawei Mate X2, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Xiaomi Mi Note 3, resigning a couple specifications.
