Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is better than the Xiaomi Mi Note 3, getting a score of 85.3 against 75.3. The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 construction is much newer and a lot thinner than Xiaomi Mi Note 3's, although it is also notably heavier. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has the older 11 version while Xiaomi Mi Note 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo.
