Comparison review
The Moto Z3 Play has a general score of 76.3, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi Note 3's score of 75.3. The Moto Z3 Play is a newer device, and it is also just a little bit thinner and a bit lighter than Xiaomi Mi Note 3. The Xiaomi Mi Note 3 has a slightly better display than Moto Z3 Play, although it has a little bit smaller display, a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 1920px and a little bit worse count of pixels per display inch.
Xiaomi Mi Note 3 has a bit better performance than Moto Z3 Play, and although they both have 8 cores, the Xiaomi Mi Note 3 also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Moto Z3 Play features a much better memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 1,95 TB.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 3 features a little longer battery life than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, because it has a 3500mAh battery size. Moto Z3 Play shoots a bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, and although they both have the same video frame rates, the same resolution back camera and the same (4K) video resolution, the Moto Z3 Play also has a bigger aperture to take better photos and video in poorly lited situations.
Although Motorola Moto Z3 Play is a better device, it is a bit more expensive than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Mi Note 3. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Motorola Moto Z3 Play, else you can save some money and get the Xiaomi Mi Note 3, letting go a couple specs and features.
