Comparison review
The Galaxy A9 (2018) has a score of 85.2, which is much better than the Xiaomi Mi Note 3's 75.3 general score. The Galaxy A9 (2018) design is newer, but just a bit thicker and somewhat heavier than the Xiaomi Mi Note 3. The Xiaomi Mi Note 3 features a bit more vivid display than Galaxy A9 (2018), because although it has a little smaller screen and a quite lower 1080 x 1920px resolution, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch in the screen.
Galaxy A9 (2018)'s CPU is just as good as the Xiaomi Mi Note 3 one, they have 6 GB of RAM memory and a Octa-Core processing unit. Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) takes a bit better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) also has a bigger camera aperture and a lot more megapixels camera in the back.
The Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) features a way bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) also has an external SD slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Galaxy A9 (2018) counts with a bit longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, because it has a 3800mAh battery capacity instead of 3500mAh.
