Galaxy M12 has a general score of 80, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi Note 3's 75.3 general score. Galaxy M12's construction is noticeably newer, but a lot thicker and much heavier than Xiaomi Mi Note 3. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but Galaxy M12 has the previous 10 version while Xiaomi Mi Note 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 3 counts with a better display than Samsung Galaxy M12, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1080 x 1920 resolution and a better pixel number in each inch of screen. The Xiaomi Mi Note 3 counts with a bit better processor than Galaxy M12, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xiaomi Mi Note 3 also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy M12 features a much bigger memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 1 TB.
