Samsung Galaxy M13 has a score of 81.1, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi Note 3's 75.3 general score. The Samsung Galaxy M13 construction is a lot newer, but somewhat heavier and just a bit thicker than the Xiaomi Mi Note 3. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy M13 has the older 12 version and Xiaomi Mi Note 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 3 features a little bit better looking display than Galaxy M13, because although it has a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher pixel number in each screen inch.
