The Galaxy M20 is slightly better than the Xiaomi Mi Note 3, with a 78.9 score against 75.3. The Galaxy M20 design is newer than Xiaomi Mi Note 3's, although it's thicker and somewhat heavier. These devices use Android operating system, but the Galaxy M20 has the previous 10 version and Xiaomi Mi Note 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.

The Galaxy M20 has a way better battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 3500mAh.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 3 takes a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy M20, because although it has a worse 12 MP resolution camera, it also counts with a larger aperture to capture better photography and videos in low-light situations and a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
