The Samsung Galaxy M21 has a global score of 84.1, which is better than Xiaomi Mi Note 3's 75.3 overall score. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy M21 has older 11 version while Xiaomi Mi Note 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
