The Xperia XA2 Plus is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, getting a global score of 78.6 against 75.3. Although Xperia XA2 Plus is newer than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, it is incredibly heavier and incredibly thicker. Both phones in this comparison review use Android OS, but Xperia XA2 Plus has an older 8.0 Oreo version while Xiaomi Mi Note 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
Xiaomi Mi Note 3 and Sony Xperia XA2 Plus both count with extremely similar displays, because although the Sony Xperia XA2 Plus has a quite opaque screen, it also counts with a bit bigger screen, a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and a just a little greater pixel amount per inch of screen.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 3 and the Sony Xperia XA2 Plus feature incredibly similar processors, both of them have 6 GB of RAM and 8 CPU cores. Xperia XA2 Plus counts with a quite bigger memory to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 400 GB.
The Xperia XA2 Plus takes slightly better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is worse for low light photography, and they both have the same video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Xperia XA2 Plus also counts with a camera with way more mega pixels.
The Xperia XA2 Plus has a little longer battery duration than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, because it has a 3580mAh battery size.
