Comparison review
TCL 20 Pro 5G is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Note 3, having a 76.1 score against 75.3. Both phones in this comparison include Android OS (operating system), but TCL 20 Pro 5G has older 11 version while Xiaomi Mi Note 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo. The TCL 20 Pro 5G design is much newer, but somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier than Xiaomi Mi Note 3.
Xiaomi Mi Note 3 has a little bit better hardware performance than TCL 20 Pro 5G. They have 6 GB of RAM and the same number of cores. The Xiaomi Mi Note 3 has a little more vivid display than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because although it has a little smaller screen and a bit lower 1080 x 1920 resolution, it also counts with a bit higher screen pixels density.
TCL 20 Pro 5G takes much clearer pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, and although they both have a same size aperture, the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the TCL 20 Pro 5G also has a back camera with a lot better resolution. The TCL 20 Pro 5G counts with a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, because it has 256 GB internal memory and an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB.
TCL 20 Pro 5G features improved battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity against 3500mAh.
