Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Note 3, with a score of 77.2 against 75.3. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is a newer phone than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, but it is a bit thicker and somewhat heavier. Both phones in this review use the same Android 8.1 Oreo OS, so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding that.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has a screen that's just as good as Xiaomi Mi Note 3's screen, because although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has a little bit less pixels per inch in the screen and less bright screen, it also counts with a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2280px and a bit larger screen. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro counts with a slightly better storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, because although it has 0 less internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 3 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro. They have 8 processing cores and a 6 GB RAM. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has a bit superior battery life than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3500mAh. Xiaomi Mi Note 3 has a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, and although they both have a same resolution camera in the back, the Xiaomi Mi Note 3 also has a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a bigger aperture to take better photography in poorly lited environments.
