HTC U23 Pro is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, having a 77.8 score against 75.3. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but HTC U23 Pro has newer 13 version and Xiaomi Mi Note Pro has Android 5.0 version, giving you a lot of extra features and performance enhancements.
