Huawei Mate 8 is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, having a 77.4 score against 75.3. The Xiaomi Mi Note Pro has a little bit better performance than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM and a Octa-Core processor, the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro also has a graphics processing unit and a 64-bit processor.
The Xiaomi Mi Note Pro has a much more vibrant screen than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a higher display density. The Huawei Mate 8 counts with a much bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 128 GB.
The Huawei Mate 8 shoots way better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, because it has a better 16 mega-pixels resolution back camera. The Huawei Mate 8 features improved battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, because it has a 33 percent bigger battery size.
Although Huawei Mate 8 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Mi Note Pro. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Huawei Mate 8, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, giving up a couple specs and features.
