Although Moto Z3 Play is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Moto Z3 Play, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, letting go some features and specs.
