Galaxy A42 has an overall score of 87, which is better than Xiaomi Mi Note Pro's 75.3 general score. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but Galaxy A42 has a newer 11 version while Xiaomi Mi Note Pro has Android 5.0, so it gives you a lot of extra features. The Xiaomi Mi Note Pro has a bit better processing power than Galaxy A42, and although they both have 8 processing cores and the same RAM memory amount, the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro also has a graphics co-processor and a 64-bits processor.
