Galaxy Note 20 is much better than Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, getting a 90.8 score against 75.3. Xiaomi Mi Note Pro counts with a much better looking display than Galaxy Note 20, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the screen and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 has a lot bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, because it has more internal storage. The Xiaomi Mi Note Pro counts with a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy Note 20, because although it has lesser RAM memory, and they both have 8 cores, the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro also counts with a 64-bits processor and an extra graphics processing unit.
The Galaxy Note 20 takes much better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, although it has a less mega pixels resolution back facing camera. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 has a way better battery life than Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, because it has a 43% bigger battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Note 20 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Mi Note Pro. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy Note 20, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, letting go a couple features and specifications.
