The Galaxy Note 3 has a score of 80.7, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi Note Pro's 75.3 general score. Both of these phones use the same Android 5.0 OS, so you shouldn't perceive any differences regarding that. Xiaomi Mi Note Pro counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have 8 cores and a 600 megahertz graphics processing unit, the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro also has a 64 bits CPU and a larger amount of RAM.
The Xiaomi Mi Note Pro has a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro also has more pixels per inch in the display and a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution. Galaxy Note 3 has a much bigger memory for apps and games than Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Galaxy Note 3 also has an external SD slot that admits up to 64 GB.
