Galaxy S6 has a general score of 87.3, which is better than Xiaomi Mi Note Pro's score of 75.3. Both of these phones use the same Android 5.0 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any differences in that aspect. Galaxy S6's construction has the same thickness than the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, but it's extremely heavier.
The Galaxy S6 counts with a bit faster processor than Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have 8 cpu cores and a 64 bits processing unit, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a much better graphics processor. The Samsung Galaxy S6 features just a bit better looking display than Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 2560 x 1440 resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also counts with a just a little better pixel density.
