The ZTE Axon 20 is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, getting a general score of 77.8 against 75.3. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but ZTE Axon 20 has the newer 10 version while Xiaomi Mi Note Pro has Android 5.0, providing some additional features. Although ZTE Axon 20 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, and give up some specs and features, but you will get the most out of your money.
