Comparison review
Huawei P40 Pro is slightly better than the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, with an 88.2 score against 80.5. The Huawei P40 Pro construction is newer than the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro's, but it is somewhat heavier and just a little thicker. Both phones in this review include Android operating system, but the Huawei P40 Pro has the older 10 version and Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Huawei P40 Pro has a bit superior CPU than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, and although they both have 8 cores, the Huawei P40 Pro also has more RAM memory. Huawei P40 Pro has a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, because it has a bit bigger screen, a just a little greater pixel count in each screen inch and a bit higher 1200 x 2640 resolution.
The Huawei P40 Pro and Xiaomi Note 7 Pro feature incredibly similar memory capacity for applications and games, both of them have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity. Huawei P40 Pro counts with just a little bit longer battery life than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, because it has a 4200mAh battery capacity against 4000mAh.
The Huawei P40 Pro counts with a little bit better camera than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for shooting photographs or videos in low-light environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Huawei P40 Pro also counts with a much bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a camera with a better 50 MP resolution and better video frame rates.
