The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a score of 80.5, which is a bit better than the Moto Z3's general score of 77.6. Although it's the best in this comparison review, we must tell that it's also a heavier and thicker phone. Both devices in our current comparison use the same Android 9.0 Pie OS (operating system), so you shouldn't see any difference regarding operating system features.
Moto Z3 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, although it has 2 GB less RAM memory, they both have 8 cores. Motorola Moto Z3 counts with a screen that is very similar to the display in Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, although the Motorola Moto Z3 has a little bit inferior pixels count per inch of screen, a bit worse 1080 x 2160 pixels resolution and a little bit smaller display.
Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a lot better camera than Moto Z3, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro also has a much more MP back facing camera, a bigger diafragm aperture and a way larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
The Motorola Moto Z3 counts with a much greater memory to install applications and games than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. Xiaomi Note 7 Pro features greater battery lifetime than Moto Z3, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
