The Galaxy S9 has a global score of 83.3, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro's overall score of 80.5. Even though Galaxy S9 is older and a little bit thicker than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, it's body is still lighter. The Galaxy S9 counts with a bit better screen than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per screen inch and a better 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution.
Galaxy S9 counts with a greater storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 400 GB. Galaxy S9 has a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, although it has 2 GB less RAM, they both have 8 cpu cores.
The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro features longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy S9, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh. The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro features a superior camera than Galaxy S9, because although it has worse 30 frames per second video frame rate and a smaller aperture which is not nice for taking pictures and/or video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro also counts with a lot better 48 megapixels resolution back-facing camera and a much bigger camera sensor.
