The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a general score of 80.5, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5's overall score of 78.1. Both of these phones have Android OS, but the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy XCover 5 has Android 11 version, providing the user a couple additional features and better performance. The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro is a notably older and a little bit heavier phone than the Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, but Xiaomi was able to make it somewhat thinner anyway.

Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro also has more RAM memory. Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has greater battery life than Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 3000mAh.
Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a lot better camera than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro also has a lot better (4K) video definition and a much higher 48 MP resolution back-facing camera.
