The Galaxy XCover Pro is a bit better than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, having a score of 81 against 80.5. Galaxy XCover Pro's body is newer, but somewhat heavier and thicker than the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro. Both devices in this comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy XCover Pro has the older 11 version and Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has Android 9.0 Pie version.
