Comparison review
Xiaomi Note 7 Pro is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, getting a global score of 80.5 against 78.1. Both phones in this review work with Android operating system, but Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version, so it counts with some additional features and performance optimizations. Xiaomi Note 7 Pro is a a lot newer device than the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, although it is a little bit heavier and just a little bit thicker.
The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro features a bit faster processing unit than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have a 6 GB RAM memory, the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro also has a higher number of cores. Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has a slightly better looking screen than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, although it has a quite smaller display, a little bit worse screen density and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 1920px.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus's memory to install games and applications is very similar to the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro one, both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro features a bit better battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
Xiaomi Note 7 Pro takes a lot better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro also has a larger aperture for better low light photography and videos, a back facing camera with much more mega-pixels and a lot bigger camera sensor.
