The Xiaomi Poco F2 Pro has a global score of 87.9, which is better than the Xiaomi Poco M3's overall score of 78.2. Xiaomi Poco F2 Pro's construction is a little bit heavier but a bit thinner than Xiaomi Poco M3, and both were only released with a few months difference. Both phones in this comparison come with the same Android 10 OS, so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding that.
The Xiaomi Poco F2 Pro counts with a little more vivid display than Xiaomi Poco M3, because although it has a quite worse pixel amount in each inch in the screen, it also counts with a little bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a bit larger screen.
