Comparison review
The Xiaomi Poco F3 has a score of 87.3, which is slightly better than the Asus ROG Phone 8's 79.5 general score. Even though Xiaomi Poco F3 is notably older than Asus ROG Phone 8, it's construction is thinner and lighter. Both phones in this review include Android OS, but the Xiaomi Poco F3 has the previous 11 version and Asus ROG Phone 8 has Android 14 version.
Asus ROG Phone 8 features a bit sharper display than Xiaomi Poco F3, because although it has a little inferior amount of pixels per inch in the screen, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 2400 resolution, the Asus ROG Phone 8 also counts with a bit bigger screen and a much brighter screen. Xiaomi Poco F3 counts with a very superior processing power than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has 6 GB lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
Asus ROG Phone 8 has a much greater storage for applications and games than Xiaomi Poco F3, because it has more internal memory. Asus ROG Phone 8 has longer battery performance than Xiaomi Poco F3, because it has a 5500mAh battery size against 4520mAh. Asus ROG Phone 8 shoots slightly better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Poco F3, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for shooting photographs in low-light environments, it also counts with a way larger sensor capturing way better quality pictures and videos, a back facing camera with more mega-pixels and a much higher video definition.
