The Galaxy S21 Ultra has a general score of 98.1, which is much better than the Xiaomi Poco F3's overall score of 87.3. These phones come with the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding that. Galaxy S21 Ultra is a thicker and somewhat heavier device than the Xiaomi Poco F3.
