Galaxy S22 Ultra is a bit better than the Xiaomi Poco F3, with a overall score of 95.4 against 87.3. Both phones in this comparison work with Android OS, but Galaxy S22 Ultra has newer 13 version while Xiaomi Poco F3 has Android 11, providing you a lot of extra features. Galaxy S22 Ultra's construction is newer than the Xiaomi Poco F3's, but it is somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker.
The Xiaomi Poco F3 counts with a bit faster CPU than Galaxy S22 Ultra, although it has less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
