Xiaomi Poco F3 is a bit better than the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, having a overall score of 87.3 against 84.4. These phones include Android OS, but the Xiaomi Poco F3 has older 11 version and Xiaomi 14 Ultra has Android 14 version. The Xiaomi Poco F3 body is thinner and somewhat lighter than Xiaomi 14 Ultra, despite of the fact that it was released 3 years before.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a much better screen than Xiaomi Poco F3, and although they both have a same size screen, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra also has a lot brighter screen, more pixels per screen inch and a higher 1440 x 3200 pixels resolution. The Xiaomi Poco F3 counts with a much greater hardware performance than Xiaomi 14 Ultra, although it has lesser RAM, they both have 8 processing cores.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra features much more memory to install games and applications than Xiaomi Poco F3, because it has more internal memory. Xiaomi 14 Ultra shoots clearer photographs and videos than Xiaomi Poco F3, because although it has a lot smaller sensor giving a way lower image quality, it also counts with a larger aperture to take better photography and video in low-light environments, a back facing camera with more megapixels and a lot higher video quality.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has just a little better battery life than Xiaomi Poco F3, because it has an 11 percent bigger battery size.
