Xiaomi Poco F3 is much better than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, getting an 87.3 score against 78.1. Xiaomi Poco F3's design has the same thickness than the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, but it is somewhat heavier. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Xiaomi Poco F3 has the previous 11 version and Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
The Xiaomi Poco F3 counts with a bit better processor than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Xiaomi Poco F3 also has 4 more CPU cores. The Xiaomi Poco F3 features a bit more vivid screen than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has a bit better display density, a lot brighter screen, a slightly better 1080 x 2400 resolution and a bigger display.
