The Galaxy Note8 is much better than the Xiaomi POCO F4 GT, getting a overall score of 83 against 74.6. Both phones in this review use Android OS, but Galaxy Note8 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi POCO F4 GT has Android 12. The Samsung Galaxy Note8 features a much more powerful CPU than Xiaomi POCO F4 GT, although it has 2 GB less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
Galaxy Note8 features a more vivid display than Xiaomi POCO F4 GT, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2960 and a better display pixel density. The Xiaomi POCO F4 GT features a much better camera than Galaxy Note8, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for shooting pictures or videos in low light environments, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Xiaomi POCO F4 GT also counts with a way more mega-pixels camera in the back and better 60 frames per second video frame rate.
Samsung Galaxy Note8 features a slightly bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi POCO F4 GT, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 256 GB. The Xiaomi POCO F4 GT has a way better battery lifetime than Galaxy Note8, because it has 4700mAh of battery capacity.
