Galaxy S23 has a global score of 77.9, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi POCO F4 GT's 74.6 overall score. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but Galaxy S23 has the newer 13 version while Xiaomi POCO F4 GT has Android 12. The Samsung Galaxy S23 has a bit sharper display than Xiaomi POCO F4 GT, because although it has a quite smaller screen and a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, it also counts with a just a little better pixels density.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 has a CPU that is just as good as Xiaomi POCO F4 GT's CPU, both have 8 GB of RAM and a Octa-Core CPU. Galaxy S23 has as much storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos as the Xiaomi POCO F4 GT one, both have equal internal memory capacity.
