Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is a bit better than the Xiaomi POCO F4 GT, getting a overall score of 77.2 against 74.6. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has a newer 8.1 Oreo version and Xiaomi POCO F4 GT has Android 12, so it provides some extra features and a performance increase.
