Comparison review
Galaxy S20 has a global score of 94.8, which is slightly better than the Xiaomi Poco F4's general score of 87.5. The Galaxy S20 is an extremely older and just a little thicker cellphone than Xiaomi Poco F4, but Samsung managed to build it somewhat lighter anyway. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S20 has a newer 13 version while Xiaomi Poco F4 has Android 12 version.
Xiaomi Poco F4 counts with a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy S20, because although it has a lot worse pixel amount per inch of screen and a much lower 1080 x 2400px resolution, it also counts with a quite larger display. Xiaomi Poco F4 has just a bit better performance than Galaxy S20, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
The Xiaomi Poco F4 has a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy S20, because although it has a smaller back-facing camera sensor taking lower quality photographs, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and a F1.8 aperture, the Xiaomi Poco F4 also counts with faster video frame rate and a back-facing camera with a much higher resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 features a very superior memory capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Poco F4, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has an external memory card slot that admits up to 1000 GB. The Xiaomi Poco F4 features just a bit better battery lifetime than Galaxy S20, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
