Comparison review
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than Xiaomi Poco F4, getting a 98 score against 87.5. These devices include Android operating system, but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a more recent 13 version and Xiaomi Poco F4 has Android 12 version, so it provides a couple nice extra features and performance tweaks. Even being the best in this review, Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's design is older, thicker and somewhat heavier than Xiaomi Poco F4.
Xiaomi Poco F4 has a little faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has less RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Xiaomi Poco F4 counts with a slightly better looking display than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a just a little lower pixels count in each screen inch, a little smaller screen and a lot worse 1080 x 2400 resolution.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a much better camera than Xiaomi Poco F4, and although they both have the same aperture and a 0.5 inches back camera sensor, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a camera in the back with a lot higher 108 MP resolution and a much higher 7680x4320 video quality. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a way bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Poco F4, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a bit better battery life than Xiaomi Poco F4, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 4500mAh.
