Comparison review
The Xperia 1 III has a global score of 93.3, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Poco F4's 87.5 global score. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but Xperia 1 III has 11 version while Xiaomi Poco F4 has Android 12. Even though the Xperia 1 III is older and a little thicker than the Xiaomi Poco F4, it's construction is still a little bit lighter.
The Xiaomi Poco F4 has a bit more powerful processor than Sony Xperia 1 III, although it has 6 GB less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Xperia 1 III counts with a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Poco F4, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a much better 1644 x 3840 resolution and a much better screen density.
Xiaomi Poco F4 takes clearer pictures and videos than Xperia 1 III, because although it has a smaller back-facing camera sensor capturing lower quality videos and pictures, slower video frame rates and a smaller aperture which is not nice for shooting images and/or video in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Xiaomi Poco F4 also counts with a camera with a much better 64 megapixels resolution.
Xperia 1 III features a much better memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Poco F4, because it has more internal storage and a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB. Xperia 1 III's battery performance is just as good as the Xiaomi Poco F4 one.
