Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro is a little bit better than the Galaxy Alpha, with a general score of 78.7 against 76.3. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro has an older 10 version while Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4 version.
