Comparison review

Galaxy Note8 is slightly better than the Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro, having an 83 score against 78.7. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Note8 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro has Android 10 version. Galaxy Note8's body is a little thinner and a little lighter than the Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro, despite of the fact that it was released many years before.

The Galaxy Note8 counts with a little bit better screen than Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2960px and more pixels per inch in the screen. The Galaxy Note8 features a little bit better processing power than Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Note8 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.

Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro captures much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for low-light images, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro also counts with a much better resolution back-facing camera.

The Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro counts with a bit more memory capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note8, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage, the Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro also has a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 512 GB. The Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro features a very superior battery performance than Galaxy Note8, because it has a 52% more battery capacity.
