Comparison review
The Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro is slightly better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, with a score of 78.7 against 76.6. Both phones in this review have the same Android 10 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding that. The Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro is a just a bit heavier cellphone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, but both of them have the same thickness.
Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro has a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 and Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro both have really similar screens, because although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a quite greater pixel number in each inch of display.
Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro captures a bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have a back facing camera with a 48 megapixels and the same diafragm aperture, the Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro also has a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a battery lifetime that's just as good as Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro's battery life, although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has a 5020mAh battery capacity.
