Comparison review
The Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G has a general score of 80.8, which is slightly better than Galaxy A40's overall score of 79.6. Although Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G is a lot newer than the Galaxy A40, it is thicker and notably heavier. Both phones in this review include the same Android 11 OS. The Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G counts with just a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy A40. Both of them have the same RAM amount and 8 cpu cores.
Samsung Galaxy A40 features a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G, because although it has a quite lower 1080 x 2340 resolution and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a bit better pixel number in each inch of screen. Samsung Galaxy A40 counts with a lot bigger storage for apps and games than Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy A40 also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 512 GB.
The Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G features a much better battery performance than Galaxy A40, because it has a 5000mAh battery size. Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G captures much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy A40, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for capturing photos and video in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same (Full HD) video resolution, the Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G also counts with a camera in the back with a way better 48 mega-pixels resolution and a much bigger camera sensor taking lot better quality videos and pictures.
