Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is way better than Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G, with a global score of 98.9 against 80.8. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has newer 13 version and Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G has Android 11 version, offering a couple additional features. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra body is just a little thinner than the Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G, but it's a little heavier and was released just 9 months before.
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a little better processing power than Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
