Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is much better than Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G's 80.8 overall score. Both devices in this comparison review include Android operating system, but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the newer 13 version while Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G has Android 11, so it provides the user some additional features and performance tweaks. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G construction has the same thickness than Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G, but it's somewhat heavier.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features just a bit better display than Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G, because it has a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution, a greater display pixels density and a quite bigger display.
