The Google Pixel 4a has a score of 82.9, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Poco M3's 78.2 score. These phones use Android operating system, but Google Pixel 4a has a newer 11 version while Xiaomi Poco M3 has Android 10. Google Pixel 4a is a thinner and extremely lighter device than the Xiaomi Poco M3, even though both of them were released with only a few months difference.
Google Pixel 4a counts with a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Poco M3, and although they both have 8 cores, the Google Pixel 4a also has 2 GB more RAM. The Google Pixel 4a counts with a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Poco M3, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, the Google Pixel 4a also counts with a bit better pixel density.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 has more memory for apps and games than Google Pixel 4a, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 512 GB. Xiaomi Poco M3 features a superior camera than Google Pixel 4a, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same video quality, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also counts with a way more mega-pixels camera in the back and a way bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Xiaomi Poco M3 features a superior battery lifetime than Google Pixel 4a, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3140mAh.
Although Google Pixel 4a is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xiaomi Poco M3, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Poco M3. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Google Pixel 4a, else you can save some money and get the Xiaomi Poco M3, resigning some specs and features.
