Xiaomi Poco M3 has an overall score of 78.2, which is a little bit better than HTC U23 Pro's 77.8 score. Both phones in this comparison review have Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Poco M3 has the previous 10 version while HTC U23 Pro has Android 13. The Xiaomi Poco M3 body is just a little bit lighter than HTC U23 Pro, but it is a bit thicker and was released many years before.
