Huawei P40 Lite has an overall score of 79.5, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Poco M3's 78.2 overall score. Even though Huawei P40 Lite is older than the Xiaomi Poco M3, it's construction is a little lighter and thinner. These phones have the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so both of them should count with identical operating system features.
Huawei P40 Lite counts with a bit better processor than Xiaomi Poco M3, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei P40 Lite also has 2 GB more RAM. The Huawei P40 Lite counts with a slightly better looking screen than Xiaomi Poco M3, because although it has a quite lower 1080 x 2310 pixels resolution and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit higher pixel quantity in each inch of screen.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 counts with a better memory capacity to install games and applications than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The Huawei P40 Lite counts with just a bit better camera than Xiaomi Poco M3.
