Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition has a score of 80.4, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Poco M3's 78.2 score. Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition's construction is somewhat thinner and lighter than the Xiaomi Poco M3, even though it was released 3 years before. The Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition has a bit superior processing unit than Xiaomi Poco M3. Both have 4 GB of RAM and the same number of cores.
The Galaxy Note Fan Edition counts with a little more vivid screen than Xiaomi Poco M3, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per screen inch and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560. Xiaomi Poco M3 counts with just a bit more memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 512 GB.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 takes much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low light images, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also counts with a bigger back-facing camera sensor which provides a higher image and video quality and a camera with much more megapixels.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 features a much longer battery life than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because it has an 88 percent bigger battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Poco M3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Poco M3. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the Xiaomi Poco M3, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your budget.
